I appreciate your followup of understanding my requirements, probably checking up individually with all your authorized service centers for availability of spares and then guiding me to the nearest center where I got all my job done to my complete satisfaction.

All other service centers I visited till date cannot be compared to the quality of work, the sincerity of staff and the prompt attention given to me by Bacchoo Garage.

I am thankful for personally following up the matter even on a Sunday which was really unexpected to me. I am happy and satisfied to find the way Tata Motors goes till the last mile for Customer Satisfaction.
