Since then, our mobility-solutions portfolio has grown from strength to strength to include all classes from light to heavy vehicles across the entire defence, paramilitary and police mobility spectrum. Today, Tata Motors proudly partners in enhancing defence, paramilitary and police mobility in the SAARC and ASEAN regions and Africa.

To help these customers obtain the optimum performance from the products, the customer support division assists them in a number of ways:

• Providing Customer assistance centre
• Training at STCs
• Spare parts distributor exclusively for Institutional customers
• Onsite training
• Recon parts are made available
• Suraksha – Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
• Spare parts on CDA payment
