Assist@once : Parts Help Desk

Tata Genuine Parts have established Assist@Once parts Help desk at its Headquarters, Thane. This facility is handled by trained professionals. The Help Desk Is functional from 8 AM till 10 PM on all days except Sundays & Holidays. The help desk segmented in to two types, namely email Support & Voice Support.

For Email Support:
Indian Customers : partshelpline@tatamotors.com
International Customers : partshelplinecvbuib@tatamotors.com

For Voice support
Indian Customers : 1800 267 8282 ( Toll Free Number )

The Help desk will assist when information is not available in E Cats. The customers are requested to quote chassis numbers when they write or call us. In case of E mail support, customers are requested to provide their complete contact details.
