The group focuses on managing the customer engagement through the widespread network of over 1600 authorised service touch points. It also acts as link between manufacturing plants and customers, providing vital inputs to product development.
2. Tata Genuine Parts
The group manages supply chain for the spare parts and aggregate business. It has one of the widest retail networks of more than 25000 touch points across India. Spare parts are marketed under the brand of TATA Genuine Parts, which are as per 100% factory specification and highly reliable.
3. Service Marketing
The group creates a portfolio of services and products viz. Annual Maintenance Contract (Suraksha), reconditioned aggregates (Tata Motors Prolife), extended warranty and co-branded products to support customers throughout its lifecycle and help channel partners to increase their profitability.
4. International Business
This group takes care of customer base in export markets viz. Europe, the Middle East, South America, Russia, CIS, South East Asia, Far East, SAARC, Australia and Africa.
