TATA Genuine Parts have established Assist@Once parts Help desk at its Headquarters, Thane. This facility is handled by trained professionals.
The Help Desk Is functional from 8 AM till 10 PM on all days except Sundays & Holidays. The help desk segmented into two types, namely email Support & Voice Support.
For Email Support:
For Voice support
The Help Desk will assist when information is not available in E-Cats. The customers are requested to quote chassis numbers when they write or call us. In case of E-mail support, customers are requested to provide their complete contact details.
